公司创建于2010年，是一家集研究、制造、销售为一体的现代化规模企业，主要致力于各种摩托车原装减震器、改装异型前、后减震器及相关零配件的研发、制造。
本公司全面导入ISO/16949质量管理体系认证，并引进现代化的生产设备和完善的配套设施，配用国际***的铸造工艺、表面处理工艺及成品装配流水线，并依靠一批高素质的专业人员，采用***的科学管理，使产品在设计开发、工艺技术、产品质量等方面均达到国际标准。公司拥有自主品牌“BT”，产品在远销各国的同时，在国内外很多个国家及地区均建立了自己的品牌，并形成了成熟的国外经销网络。目前，和国内著名摩托车厂家及电动车厂家配套。现已拥有100多个品种（近1000多个型号的产品，年生产量达150万套。公司目前产品销售中，60%为自主品牌，40%为客人定牌，产品主要出口海外占30%、国内主机厂配套占30%、 国内市场占40% 。
